Can I pay my agency plus membership with the money in my freelancer profile? 

If I have money in my agency and in my card added to it, what is debitated first?

Hi Carlos, 

The membership fee will be charged on your account balance first, and in this case, your agency account balance. If this fails, your billing method on file will be charged instead. If the billing method fails, your agency membership plan will automatically be downgraded to a Basic plan.

Hi Carlos, 

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear on my post. Your agency's membership plan can be paid with the available balance on your agency. You agency's membership plan cannot be paid with your freelancer earnings as they are two separate accounting entities.
