app freezes while processing purchase method to buy connects

I needed to buy connects, so I went and entered my cc# and info and pressed enter (3 times) and it freezes and goes nowhere

Correct. I tried to purchase connects twice and it just froze.

Unfortunately, some features aren't available on Mobile Apps yet. We recommend using a computer or mobile browser for purchasing connects.
