approve account and close account

hi my account was not approved for no reason now I want to close my account but it's impossible I didn't receive any emails or I can't contact anybody . would you please help me ????? thanks !

( I was eager to submit my profile I tried 4 times to resubmit it while I didn't receive any emails and I didn't know the reasons but again it wasn't approved therefore I want to close it and it's impossible . )
