I would like to start new contract with client but my agency member (that is planned to do the job) does not have approved Upwork Profile.
He answered on message (email) but received auto answer that Upwork cannot accept his account.
My question is about if there is a chance that someone (Upwork staff) could take a look at his profile and give more informations.
