hello, my legal name is different than my upwork name (noone would find me using my legal name, I go by my "nickname" for years, this is a very common concept in Greece). what should I do?

Your Upwork name needs to be your full legal name. Presenting misleading information is a violation of our TOS and I would strongly suggest updating your name as soon as possible. Thank you.

Also, my VAT seems not approve. Can I please know why or what I might have done wrong?

Hi Kylee,

You can verify the validity of a VAT number by entering it in the VIES database. Let me know if it verifies in the database but not on Upwork. Thank you.
