hii , i am facing difficulty while buying connect i am getting error message saying 'Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later.i tried with changing profile name with same account number. tried many time also with paypal but still failed

Hi Mohammed,
I would recommend checking with your bank if your accounts/cards are enabled for international charges. You can also add another card to your PayPal wallet and try to purchase connects. Thank you.

yes my card is enabled for international for international charges , i ll try with the another card through paypal .thanks
