cambridge cpe certification not registered for my profile

hello,

i tried sending my cambridge cpe certificate to upwork so it could be registered for my profile. it says it would only take up to 5 days. it's been well over 10 days and nothing. how can i have it show up on my profile?

I have exactly the same problem: I sent my CPE results from Cambridge Assessment Site on the 26th of November and it says there it is still unread. Can anyone help me solve this issue, please?
