can i share my Upwork tracker on my another team Friend?

I want to share my Upwork Tracker with another friend, My friends don't have an account on Upwork. He is working for me. 

I want to know how can I share my tracker with my friend.  how can I manage more than 4 hourly base projects and share them with my friends? My friend doesn't have any Upwork account
