Hi,
I can't buy new connects, My current balances are greater than $50.00.
But I can't select the amount to buy. Dropdown menu is not working.

I didn't also get the membership connects.
I'd like to fix this issue asap.

Hi Coy,
Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists? Since your billing cycle ends today, you should be receiving your monthly Connects tomorrow when your new billing cycle begins.
