can't choose my English proficiency?

Hello, I once had this exact same problem. Try using desktop site on Chrome browser.

Have the same issue! Tried in chrome also. Cleared cache etc. Not working!!!

Hi Destin, if you happen to be  registering on your mobile phone, I would suggest you switch to the desktop mode on your phone. I hope this helps

It looks like you were able to select your English Proficiency from the drop-down menu. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue? Let us know if the issue persists.
