I can't log hours on one of my client's work diary. The alert says "Work Diary not found. Are you sure you've selected the right company? Please check the company label in the upper left.

Hi Mustafa,
It looks like the contract you're referring to is not active yet. Once it becomes active you'll be able to log time for it.

How to check if it is active? Because I have been hired already.
If it is not active, how can the client make it active, so I can communicate to him

Hi Mustafa,
Please go to your Contract room - Tearms&Setings tab. There you'll find the ''Start Date'' section and the date when the contract will start. Please further discuss the start date of your engagement on this contract with your client.
