can't submit a proposal

I can't submit a proposal a message keeps telling me "We were unable to process your proposal due to missing address information. Add your full address." but I checked my address many times! I do have it stated up there in my personal info! What's the problem with my profile? Please, help me ASAP.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that the City field is missing from your profile. Please go to Settings > Contact info and add your city.

Could you please try clearing your cookies or using a different browser to see if the issue persists?
