cant buy connects

I'm experiencing an issue while trying to add a Mastercard as my billing method. Every time I attempt to select the billing method, I receive an error message stating, "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again."

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Refreshed the page multiple times.
  2. Cleared my browser’s cache and cookies.
  3. Attempted to use a different browser.
  4. Disabled any VPNs or proxies I may have been using.
  5. Accessed the site in incognito mode.
  6. Ensured my browser is up to date.
  7. Restarted my device.
  8. Tried a different network connection.

Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help me add my billing method.

I have the same problem 
Hi, I have been trying to buy connects with my VISA card but it always comes with an error, I followed all your recommendations and went directly to the bank where they assured me that the problem is not the card, what can I do?
