cant dispute bad freelancer--

I ended the contract with a bad freelancer but can't seem to dispute this.  would like to reset the hours "earned" back to zero so i don't get charged.  How do I do this?

That's not how it works. Any hours tracked this week will (!) be billed on Monday. You will then have the opportunity to dispute until next Friday.

 

However, any dispute will be decided purely on the work diary: Were the hours tracked using the tracker, had adequate activity levels, meaningful work memos and work related screenshots.

You can't dispute anything outside the above (such as not liking the work done for example) because with hourly contracts you pay for a freelancer's time, not for a specific deliverable as such.
