cant resubmit odesk profile

My profile was flagged 4 years ago when the site was odesk. Today I have updated my profile and added my skills and experiences. Issue 3981058 had status - Closed. But when I resubmit it says that I need to check my messages and fix the issues detailed. What do I do now?
