Me and my client aggreed to change the contract from hourly to fixed price with milestones. How do I change it?

Client was sent out a bill, I didn't know upwork sents it out automatically. Can we reverse that and change the contract?

Please help.

Either you OR the client can close the current hourly contract. Then the client can set up a new fixed-price contract.

You can not "reverse" that payment.

But as a freelancer, you may refund the payment. Which ends up being the same thing.

You can navigate to the contract listing, click on the three-dots icon, and select the Refund option from the contextual dropdown menu. Use that to refund any amount you want to, including the full amount that was paid.
