I tried twice to change my membership but it didn't work. the UpWork site popped a note for me that said we are in process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during the period.
so could you help me to change it to basic?

The reason you're seeing this note is because your billing cycle starts today. Please be patient for 24 to 48 hours and once everything is updated you will be able to downgrade back to the Basic plan. Thank you.
