change my payoneer account

i link a payoneer account to my account on upwork since 2016 
and i forget the details of it .. i can't transfer money to it ,, so i try to change the account to my current one ,, how can i make this change ? i don't remember any details of the previous account,, what should I do ?

Hi Esraa,

Please do contact Payoneer customer support with more information regarding your concern, using the information you'll find under your Get Paid tab about your old Payoneer account. Once they disconnect your old Payoneer card from Upwork, contact our Customer support and our team will assist you further with adding your new Payoneer account.

How do I know my Payoneer old account details? I want any information about my old one other than ID account so I can prove for Payoneer support that this is my account
