changing feedback score

Hello,

My client left a poor feedback which he wants to change. I did my bit on my side allowing him to change it. Now he is asking me how to do it. Any advice?

He can change the publicly visible feedback but the damage is done with the private feedback. I'm sure it's somewhere on the jobs page like it is for freelancers.

Hi Emil,

If you have already enabled the client to change feedback, they have to go to their Jobs page and access the Job Details for the contract they had with you. They will see the link to "Edit" feedback.

Emil,

I just checked and the "Edit" button is available on the client's side and he should be able to change feedback. They may try and use a different browser to do it. Can you please send the screenshot the client gave you to me in a private message?
