client ask for a refund

i got a job for 10 $, client asking me to show him how to remove sync sub folders from sharepoint site, he shared a screenshot but it didn't show it's the parent one which offcialy can't be removed  so i showed him a work around how he can get what he need in another way and he pays me and now asking for a refund telling me the job is not done as he want, what should i do now and does this will effect my score as iam working hard to keep my score up, can someone please help me

I checked the contract you're referring to and it looks like you've already refunded the client. Please know that in this case no public feedback will show on your profile but the contract will still be included in your JSS calculations. Also, keep in mind that higher-budget contracts have more weight on your JSS than lower-budget contracts. Check out this help article for more info on what affects your JSS.
