Hello guys.
I worked with a very nice client and he is very new to the technology and to the platform as well.
All went very well and he was very happy about the project as well.
when he tries to end the contract, he accidentally cancels the contract. and he is worried about it too.
is there anything I can do to make this revised? my client is so worried also.
I really need your expert help with this.

Dilhara, an Upwork moderator might respond but one quick question for you - How did you submit the work? Did you use Upwork or sent it to client via email? If it was an hourly contract - how did you log in hours? using Upwork app or manual addition?

I added a manual log. we discussed that too. and he contacted the support team and fixed the mistake. all are fine now. thank you very much for your valuable time. 🙂
