client has paid but payment and review not showing on my profile

Hello, I have a question that i have completed two jobs successfully. earned price is showing on profile, but both jobs with ratings are not shown on profile. So how long it takes to appear on profile. And i asked this question before but the reply was that their is an ongoing project when it will end it will show up, but only one project is showing that its in progress which is also completed successfully and ended. the other one is not even sowing that in progess. So when these both with ratings will appear on my profile?

Are you sure that the job is closed? Having received payment does not necessarily mean that the contract has been closed or feedback left.

You can make it appear in a minute - just update anything on your profile (delete and type again a letter, for example), save it, and reload the page.

Just wait for few hours and it will show updated reviews. To see it quickly, just amend anything in your profile such as profile description and it will show within seconds.
