client is not ending the contract

Client came to me and send a 5$ offer so I accepted afterwards I submitted the required task, he also released my pay, after this he did not end the contract.Now this job showing on my profile. My friends tell that showing 5$ dollars job on your profile is not good.I text again and again to my client but he did not give any response.
please anyone tell me what should I do?

End it yourself. Not a problem.

Stop sending messages to the client. The project is over.

Ignore those friends.

If you did $5 jobs then they will appear on your profile. So what?
I have done $5 jobs. Look at my profile. Do you think that I am not successful?

If the client closes the project, that doesn't make it disappear; in fact, it'll be more noticable because it'll move from your "in progress" jobs to "completed jobs". If you keep pestering this client, then they might come back and leave you a bad review. Just close it yourself. And if you think that $5 jobs will hurt your profile, then don't bid on any more $5 jobs.
