client refund issue

i completed the job according to the requirement of the client but now the client now forces to refund otherwise changed the review. The client's behavior was rude and disrespectful. I created the entire design but he says not need this now. so please help me the solution

Clients can't change the review they have already given without you allowing them to do so.

A trade of feedback for refund is also a violation of the terms of service.
