Could you please try using one of the following link formats when adding your client's profile link?

If that doesn't help could you please share more details about the error you're experiencing?

I am also receiving the same kind of error 'Invalid LinkedIn profile'. I've already tried entering the link in the supported formats described above, deleted the cache, and changed the browser but is still not working. 
The only valid Linkedin profile link I received from the client is in the following format: https://www.linkedin.com/in/firstname-lastname-111111111

Could you please help me out here!
