Clients can (and do) cancel or end contracts for any reason or no reason at all. As long as they've paid the freelancer for work that's already been submitted, theres nothing that needs to be done.

some client post thire job completed interview or incompleted ............but don't hire or don't continue

re: "some client post thire job completed interview or incompleted ............but don't hire or don't continue "

Yes.

That can happen.

A client may interview you and not hire you.

That is part of freelancing.

As a freelancer, it is important to not spend too much time in "interviews."

An interview is supposed to be short.

It is NOT supposed to be a consultation.

It shold be an opportunity for the client and freelancer to make sure they are a good fit for the project.

It should not be used as an opportunity to be taught how to do the project or get consultation about the project.

That's just part of how freelancing works. There is no requirement to hire someone just because they posted a job. Perhaps they didn't find someone with the skills they needed at the rate they wanted to pay.

Think about it this way: When you go into a shop and don't see what you want, should the owner demand that you purchase something just because you walked through the door?

The shop owner however doesn't require you to pay an "entry fee" for want of a better term to have a look inside the shop though do they?

It's the big issue with the changes to paid connects. I have just emailed someone tonight with at least 8 links of people who have either not looked at a job in almost a month and not hired someone (job still open) or have hired someone and not closed the job. Granted I was using the free connects I had still but that would have been close to $7 wasted if I had paid for them. It might not be an issue for some, but it is a big issue for many.

You are looking at it the wrong way around. We are not the people going into a shop to see if we want to buy something (those people are the clients), we are the shops in a shopping center and shops have overheads and business costs.

The money you spend on connects are the costs of running a business on a platform that allows customers to find you and buy what you are offering.
