clients do not responding my projects

**Edited for community guidelines**I have recently come one project and he ask me what is the competetive price and i told him and client also added me but he do not reply me after i send some massage about product upwork clients are not responding even i am paying to apply multiples jobs i have recently buy connects and applied it 38 jobs**Edited for community guidelines**please remove all of those clients who are not replying a massage and after it comes a project interested by clients but clients do not respond our massages this is so sad ok thanks I**Edited for community guidelines** I also come some projects but clients do not respond massage currently it has come project and clients was interested to give me project he also added me in chat room but he did not reply after first massage he asked me

Maybe clients don't respond because on your profile, you claim to be fluent in English.  You are barely conversant and clearly not fluent.  If you are not truthful on your profile about your English, clients will believe you are not truthful about anything.
