clients threatening using reviews even after job completed successfully

Some of the clients are not responding to the work already completed and they are not ending the contract just ignoring it.

Please let me how to solve this?

How does "not responding" amount to "threatening?" as it says in your headline?

If a client does not respond, I politely ask them ONCE if they wouldn't mind ending the contract if there is nothing else I can help them with. If there is no response, I eventually end the contract myself.

Whatever you do, don't hound a client with multiple messages or you may just get poor feedback for that harassment.
