confusion in joining other company : Please help

Hello Upworkers

Can you help me with my current issue ? I am a  non-exclusive member of the agency & want to associate with other company too.  Here is the reply from upwork

Bharat, I've checked your account and it looks like you are a non-exclusive member of the agency, Joshi Technologies. This means you have the flexibility to work with as many agencies as you like or accept invitations from others. I however checked further and noticed the invitation from Anastasiya was to join their network, of which I'm afraid that this feature is no longer available since April 4, 2024, which is why you are unable to join their network. Can any one guide me with steps that how can I associate with other company?
