I am wondering why I am not having available connects & I am accordingly can not submit proposals?
please help me figure this out.

Hi Waseem,
It looks like you have already used all the connects for your proposals. You should get more connects in the beginning of the next billing cycle, which is tomorrow. Check Settings> Membership & Connects for more information about your connects history and billing cycle.

Dont start your proposals with "dear hiring manager", " sweet client" and the like, or you will throw out your next 60 connects again without any outcome.
