Hello,

 

Am on basic plan and my billing cycle was to end yesterday but upto now my connects have not reset. Kindly advice me. Thank you.

Hi Anes, 

 

Your connects should be credited on the first day of your billing cycle. If it doesn't happen automatically after 24-hours, please let us know, or contact the Customer Support Team directly so that they can manually credit your connects for you.

Hello, my billing cycle ran from 2nd april-1st May. So which one is my first day please. is it yesterday or today? and since the connects are still not available, should I contact the support or I wait a bit longer?
