convert agency basic to freelancer basic

Hi Support,

I need your support to convert my agency(basic) account to freelancer(basic) account.

Right now I am the only member in my agency and don’t want to convert the agency plus account because I have some long term contract in upwork where I don’t need  to bid frequently.

Before doing any action I have some questions.

1)  So far I have completed 21 projects in upwork with very excellent rating. I want the confirmation if my account change from Agency(basic)  to freelancer(basic)  So will all the client reviews in my work be getting the same show as before?

2) Can Freelancer basic profile purchase the connect for bidding projects?

Hello RA,

You cannot convert an agency to a freelancer account. However, a freelancer account is required to create an agency so you will already have a freelancer account. You can close the agency if you do not wish to operate it any longer and then continue to complete contracts under your freelancer account.
