guess i will have to get a fulltime job. Was haveing high hopes with odesk but its totally ureliable.

 Hi Eva,

 

I checked your reports and your Weekly Timesheet for March 16-22 displays 6:20 hours. Sometimes it takes some time for all the reports to update, but Work Diary updates in real time.

We have the same issue here, my hours of work stays at 208 and never increased after with active hourly jobs. I reported this already to CS and I always get the same answer.  I already got 5 follow ups for more than two weeks and still they can't  find any answer for this bug.

Hi Alvin John,

 

I believe you are referring to the total hours worked information on your profile not updating. It is a known bug and our Engineering Team is currently working to fix it as soon as possible.

Hi Valeria,

 

I've reported this bug  last March 8 and still get the same answers of "we will escalate this to our Engineering Team" after 6 follow ups. I also provided a comprehensive list of my work hours including contract ids and timelogs as requested by the CS and still didn't receive any clear answers to my concern.

 

Hope this issue is fixed asap.Smiley Sad
