dispute

I did not request a dispute resolution. But the system messaged me a couple of hours ago to say that I did. I nned to reverse this action, becuase I want to try to work it out with the client. How do I get this reversed? (I think the client may have submitted two dispute requests)

Hi Annalisa,

 

If the dispute was opened by a mistake you and your client can notify your dispute agent directly in the dispute. For any additional details, I would recommend communicating directly with your client or following up on your dispute. Thank you.
