edit my payoneer account ?

yesterday I have created  payoneer account via Upwork but today recaved email from payoneer and thay told that card will be after 1 month or more connected with COVID-19. so I decided to create normal payoneer account with my local bank info but now I can't edit it on upwork

also I can't find place by wichi I can create ticket for support.please share link if you have Thanks

Hi Arman,

Just to clarify, did you meant you ordered a new card? If yes, then there's no need to change anything as your method is attached to your Payoner account and not your card.

I can also suggest checking this further with Payoneer customer support directly.if you have any questions about your Payoneer account. Thank you.

after creating payoneer account via upwork I have created payoneer account with my local bank so now that's one is active and there is no need to wait 30 day or more to get card. so now I want to link that one as payment method and remove first one

Hi Arman,

If you have opened two Payoneer accounts (not cards) you will have to reach out to Payoneer to disassociate your Payoneer account from your Upwork account. Once this is done, you can contact our Customer Support team directly and they will remove your Payoneer account from your list of payment methods. Thank you.
