edit my payoneer card

Hi,

I am trying to edit my payoneer card, i thought i needed to use another account but after talking to payoneer they told me that I can use my old card which is still active.  so now i want to edit that on my upwork account but is in vain. Can someone please help me?

Hi, I have kind of the same problem I've already added a Payoneer account as a withdrawal method but I didn't know it has to be the same name as my verified name. So I want to know if I can keep the old one or should I change it to a new one with my name.

Hi Ashraf,

As long as you own the Payoneer account you mentioned and your name there matched your profile name of your Upwork account, you can use it to withdraw your earnings on Upwork.

That is the problem the Payoneer account is not mine so the names doesn’t
match . I just created one with my name, so I guess that I should
dissociate the old one in order to add the new one.
