error downloading client file

i just got my very first contract. Client provided me with 2 pdf files. ! was downloaded and completed my task but 2nd file pdf says this-It is not safe to download this file. If you really want to access this file please contact Customer Support.

what should i do as i already accepted proposal. its urgent
