For a week now, I can't access the "All Contracts" page, on any browser. I mainly use Safari for Mac desktop for Upwork (because messages don't work in Chrome) and have unchecked "prevent cross-site tracking," closed and reopened the Safari app, butI still get an error message when I try to access "All Contracts."
This is what I see when I attempt to access the "All Contracts" page:

Jean, I am able to access "all contracts" in incognito mode. Does that tell you what the problem might be?
