escape from low scorer

i had an empty period. i accepted a job froma customer with only one score 3 over 5. As usually i did my best, i get first 100 dollars. Then he put 250 as bonus. One year and money still there blocked. And lost my 100% top rated.
Now i'm back 100% and top rated. But i wasted time money and probably opportunities.
With no score i avoid, with below the 4.8 i avoid except if is 1000+ plus work done and at least 4.5.

Prevent troubles is better. Recover may require time!
