what is exclusive and non exclusive member? where does the payment go for exclusive and non exclusive?

An exclusive agency member can only work through the agency, a non exclusive agency member can also work as themselves.

In both cases the money for any job won through the agency goes to the agency.

Personally I can not see any possible reason why anyone would ever be willing to be an exclusive member of someone else's agency.
