expensive connects and what do if client ask for sample

hi all

already connects are too expensive and fake jobs, jobs asking for sample first are making life here at upwork more and more difficult..i have seen few clients never mention in project description they need to see watermarked samples before acceptance of proposal and this really make whole proposal waster of connects..

i need to know what is upwork doing in this regard ?

Clients aren't allowed to ask for free work - you should report them.

and yeah i have reported mutliple times and no action was taken infact if i tell clients the same that this is not allowed they mention that they have already got it done before without any issues..
