Hello, I am working with contract. And I performed an extra job, the client agreed to pay the amount, I need to know how to create a ticket for this amount so I can charge her.

Hi Clara,

I checked this and there are funds in Escrow for the first milestone on contract. On Fixed-Price jobs, freelancers are advised to use the submit work link on the contract details page in order to share the final product with their client and at the same moment request payment. You may read more about Fixed-Price Protection. 

Your client will be able to increase the milestone payment right before releasing it or to create a new milestone for the account as you agreed.  Alternatively, they can issue a bonus payment. Please discuss this further with your client.
