My clients have left feedback but it isnt updated on my profile and its effecting my job success score.

I checked, and it looks like your client from the recently ended contract has not yet provided any feedback for you. The system is double-blind, which means that feedback won’t be visible until both parties provide it for each other. For more information, please check out this help article. Thanks!
