Hi everyone, I got some feedback from a client that was actually incorrect. The client actually admitted they left the wrong review from the freelancer. According to Upworks terms, since we caught the error so late he can't apply for an appeal or retraction of his review. Then I read about the feedback removal policy where if I email email@example.com then they will do a removal if I include in the email the contract ID number and ask for it to be excluded from your calculation. I've written twice with only an automated response that makes no sense (below). Is this still an active policy?
