fees of upwork on withdraw?

Last time I withdraw my amount from Upwork to Payoneer.

I know that Upwork deducts $2 per withdrawal(happy for it) but  I am confused at the moment that why I am being extra charged for more $2?

and it happens every time. can anyone guide me?

What do you mean "more $2"? Upwork charges you a fee and so does Payoneer, especially when you do an instant load.

I mean, $4 got deducted as a total on Upwork instead of $2.

payoneer charges 2% of the total amount, not a fixed amount.

Are you sure? What does it say for the transaction? Does it say "Withdrawal fee $4"?

That's when you withdraw from your Payoneer account or use the card to get cash. Payoneer also charge for loading.

sorry. it was a miss understanding from my side. I got charged $2 from Upwork. I calculated it again and it was only $2. thanks for your response.
