why I have been charged from the website while I never subscribed to any plan here. I bought some credit last month for one month and I never used that but it was only once. By the way how it is possible that the website charged me without letting me know before? should I call my bank? isn't it a crime or scam? how can I refound my amount? I am so disappointed of trusting this website.

You have probably subscribed to Freelancer Plus plan, the subscription fee is charged monthly.

You have to cancel your memebership if you don't need it anymore.

Go to Membership Plan and click on Switch to Basic to cancel your membership!
