This is the sixth time am requesting help from upwork. I decided to reach out upwork community.My assigned agent Kendra has been quiet to my messages. My account was on financial hold and it was supposed to be removed on est February 2018 but until now no actions have been made. My agent is not responding to my messages. It makes one feel inferior.
