its two days since I uploaded documents for verification. still i am getting financial transactions are limited.. please help..

I checked your account and it looks like you were requested to verify your account information a year ago through these support tickets here, and here. To access the secure link, and for more information on how you can verify your account, please refer to Ticket #21255073. Once you have verified your account, the team has reviewed your information, and there are no issues, the hold on your account will be lifted.

Thanks for the reply. But I am still seeing the same ribbon with "Financial transactions for Balasubramanian S (3011741) have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support." Even my profile link is not accessible. Need your help on this.
