finish job doesn't show to my profile

I have finish a job sucessfully but it is more than 8 hours it doesn't show to my profile

If it's been some time then you may need to scroll down in the completed jobs list to see it. I think the job list is sorted based on when the contract has started, and not completed. When you're working on it, it'll always show up because it's in progress, but when the status change to complete the job might get down the list. Couldn't validate whether this is the case or not because you did not mention the name of the job.

Hi Niña Joy,

I have checked this for you. Only jobs on which payment has been processed are displayed on Freelancer's profiles. Once funds from Pending tab is released to the Available tab after 5-day security period, your job will be visible on your profile.  Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi Bojan, I don't understand this... If jobs only appear on the profile once the payment has been made then how come "jobs in progress" do appear if there is no payment made yet?

I started a contract one week ago, the job was funded, and while working it never appeared on my profile as "in progress." Now that my client approved the milestone it's still not visible.

I see your most recent Fixed-Price job on your profile. It appeared once the client released the milestone to you. Do you have an example of a job that showed on the profile before any payment was made or released?

Now I see it appeared and it says "job in progress", however earlier when I wrote it wasn't there.

As for the examples, I don't know. It actually always appears to me when I start working on a new contract saying "job in progress" even without any payment done. It may take 1-3 days to appear as "job in progress" but it does. I mean when I am working on something the job is in progress and the payment is made only when I finish and everything is approved, not before. That is what I don't understand from what I read in this thread. If the job only appears on the profile when the job is complete and paid then why does it appear "job in progress" if money was not released yet?

Sergio, I haven't yet come across a case where a job would show before at least $1 is made by the client on it. If you come across an example like this, please feel free to send it to me and I'll have it investigated.
