first milestone approved but my balance still 0.00 ?

iam new in upwork i need to ask after milestone approval from client my balance still 0.00 since 3 days drom client approval is it normal or i get all money after i finish all milestones need clarification please thanks

It's part of the process. After a payment is approved or auto-approves, it goes into a 5-day hold period. If you click on the amount of money in "pending" on the page Preston showed to you and scroll down, you will see dates in the left-hand column that tell you when each amount will become available.
